I will still add essential oil, too. I don't know if infusing longer or having a higher percentage of peels would help!Aagaard Farmshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03815693652391439207noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8497289677876438971.post-66424972127763308652013-03-06T08:35:08.786-06:002013-03-06T08:35:08.786-06:00What a great idea! This year I'm hoping that my wild bergamot will flower and produce some sort of great smelling petal that I can infuse into lotion- I'm also starting regular red flowered Monarda as well, so hopefully between the two of them I'll get a scent/flavor that will actually stay.Angelahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17109926271346087359noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8497289677876438971.post-89594159572924247282013-02-28T17:49:00.315-06:002013-02-28T17:49:00.315-06:00Love the idea of using the peels as an exfoliant. ...Love the idea of using the peels as an exfoliant. My favourite scent right now is made by a local company that does hand creams and soaps. They have one called 'Island strawberry' that is a wild strawberry scent, very mild, just a hint of strawberry and so pleasant. I'm really not fond of scents (and we can't have them at work) so it's nice to find something subtle.Margueritehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14377516887669269657noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8497289677876438971.post-57349373456858056092013-02-26T10:40:14.353-06:002013-02-26T10:40:14.353-06:00bergamot.bergamot.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8497289677876438971.post-52391625283202927412013-02-25T19:31:41.289-06:002013-02-25T19:31:41.289-06:00I've always been a very big fan of lilac.
